[摘要] This Decree-Law establishes food hygiene/quality standards. It consists of 15 articles and 1 Annex establishing the Regulation for hygiene and quality standards to be satisfied by food products during preparation, transformation, production, packaging, storage, transport and placing on the market for human consumption. Annex establishes also sanitary requirements to be met by food treatment infrastructures. Sanctions fore illegal activity are specified in the text.
