Decree No. 476 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating General Technical Regulation on safety of packaging that come into contact with foodstuffs.

[摘要] This General Technical Regulation sets forth requirements for safety of all types of packaging (including corks and similar means of sealing) that come into contact with foodstuffs in accordance with Annex 1. It shall not be applicable to tobacco. Packaging must comply with sanitary requirements, rules and regulations and hygienic requirements in accordance with the Annex 2. Packaging by mechanical properties, chemical resistance and tightness must comply with the requirements established by man
