[摘要] These Regulations give effect to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1152/2009 imposing special conditions governing the import of certain foodstuffs from certain third countries due to contamination risk by aflatoxins and repealing Decision 2006/504/EC. The competent authority for the purposes of EC Regulation 1152/2009 and of these Regulations shall be the Food Safety Authority, or the official agency, as appropriate.
