Decree-Law No. 67/2015 amending Decree-Law No. 24/2009 on the labelling requirements for foodstuff.

[摘要] This Decree-Law amends and re-publishes (in Annex) the labelling requirements for foodstuff to be delivered directly to the final consumer. Amendments deal with the clarification of competences of the Regulatory and Supervision Agency of Pharmaceutical and Food Products (ARFA) and establish offences and penalties for illegal activities.
