Commission Decision 2004/40/EC laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery products from Guyana.

[摘要] The present Decision lays down rules and conditions governing the importation of fishery products originating in Guyana. Each consignment shall be accompanied by a health certificate to be drawn in accordance with the model contained in Annex I. Fishery products shall come from approved establishments, factory vessels, or cold stores, or from registered freezer vessels listed in Annex II.
