[摘要] These Regulations implement amendments to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 made by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 727/2007, with the exception of certain provisions that were suspended by a judgement of the European Court of First Instance on 28th September 2007 (points 2(3)(b)(iii), 2(3)(d) and 4 of Annex VII to Regulation.
