[摘要] The present Regulation provides for the implementation of the Vegetable Sales (Alberta) Act. The aforementioned Regulation applies to vegetables grown and to be sold in Alberta. The main tenet of the Regulation is that no person shall a) transport or pack vegetables to be sold, or b) advertise, sell, offer for sale or have in his possession for sale any vegetables unless they meet the standards prescribed by the Ministerial Regulation for vegetables.
