Fish and Fish Products (Marketing) Regulations 2005 (L.N. No. 17 of 2005).
[摘要] These Regulations set up a detailed control and monitoring system for the manufacture and sale of fish and fish products. These new rules relative to fish marketing are necessary for the purpose of giving effect to provisions of a number of European Community Directives and in particular Council Directive 91/493/EEC.
