Food Handlers (Registration) Regulations, 2001 (L.N. No. 178 of 2001).
[摘要] No person shall act as a food handler without being registered with the Superintendent of Public Health. A food handler means any person who is engaged in the preparation, manufacture and treatment in the terms of the Food, Drugs and Drinking Water Act in a food business and who handles food prepared for human consumption.
