Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 344/2011 amending Commission Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control.

[摘要] This Regulation lays down some amendments to articles 57 and 95 of Regulation (EC) No. 89/2008, as regards the use of the organic logo of the European Union in organic products. A new entry concerning the food additive E 392 in extracts of rosemary is inserted in Section III of Annex VIII.
