Ordinance amending the Foodstuff Labelling Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Foodstuff Labelling Ordinance in its consolidated version of 15 September 1999 (BGBl. I p. 2464). In particular, it amends article 1 establishing that foodstuff not complying with the provisions of the present Ordinance may be sold until 31 May 2009. Moreover, the present Ordinance amends Annex 3 on Ingredients liable to cause allergic or other intolerance reactions. The text consists of 3 articles.
