Ministerial Joint Decree No. 125170 regarding the maximum residue levels (MRLs) for certain pesticides residues, in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/115/EC.

[摘要] This decree aims at fixing new MRLs in and on foodstuffs of certain pesticides, in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/115/EC. The maximum pesticide residue levels for methomyl, thiodicarb, myclobutanil, maneb group, fenpropimorph, metalaxyl, metalaxyl-m, penconazole, iprovalicarb, azoxystrobin and fenhexamid in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 shall be replaced by those in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree.
