[摘要] This Decree-Law is composed of 18 articles and several annexes divided in two main Lists. It implements several EC Directives regulating the use of plastic materials with foodstuff. In particular, the Decree-Law rules on food additives, specific limits to the use of plastic material, compliance certification and control measures. Annexes further specify technical requirements and standards.
