[摘要] These Regulations, made under the Dairy Industry Act, require prices to be paid by retailers to producers and distributors for dairy produce produced in an area prescribed by the Board ("prescribed area") for sale therein, and for dairy produce produced outside the prescribed area but sold or intended for sale in the prescribed area, to be regulated by the Kenya Dairy Board.
