Second Ordinance amending the Foodstuff Labelling Ordinance and other Foodstuff Ordinances.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Fodstuff Labelling Ordinance in its consolidated version of 15 December 1999 (BGBl. I p. 2464). Inter alia, a paragraph 5 dealing with labelling of beverages and concentrated beverages is added to article 8. Moreover, the said Ordinance amends article 11 of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance of 30 June 2003 (BGBl. I p. 1255).
