Decree No. 118 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Mandatory safety requirements for composition, labelling and distribution of infant food.

[摘要] This Decree establishes mandatory requirements for composition, labelling and distribution of infant food (four to twelve months of age) and young children (one to three years of age). It shall not applicable to substitutional products for breast milk. Being a specific product, infant food must clearly distinct from other foodstuffs and it must be labelled with indication of its adequacy for the respective groups of consumers.
