Law No. ZR-338 “On food security”.

[摘要] This Law regulates relations in the sphere of ensuring food security and determines the main guidelines of state policy in this sphere. The basic directions of state policy in the sphere of ensuring food security shall be: (a) stimulation of local production of basic foodstuffs; (b) ensuring quality of foodstuffs; (c) formation of state food reserves; (d) regulation of food market; and (e) balance between local food production and import of foodstuffs. The main tasks of the Government shall be:
