Ecology Act (No. 463 of 2008).

[摘要] The Act applies to the production, storage, preparation, importation and marketing of organic agricultural and fishery products. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries appoints a representative body for the implementation of the Act's regulations - the Organic Food Council. Authorization and approval of organic food shall be marked accordingly and in adherence to EU regulations in the organic sector.
