Order No. 262 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry validating food safety standards for fish products.
[摘要] This Order establishes veterinary and sanitary standards and methods for determination of the contents of easily soluble nitrogen in fish products. Unprocessed fish products shall be considered unusable for public feeding if the contents of easily soluble nitrogen exceeds the following values: (а) 25 mg nitrogen/100 g of the fish species Sebastes sp.; Helicolenus dactylopterus, Sebastichthys capensis; (b) 30 mg nitrogen/100 g of the fish species Pleuronectidae (except for Hippoglossus sp.); (с)
