[摘要] This Instruction establishes the hygienic and sanitary requirements for ultraviolet radiation treatment of meat and other raw alimentary materials. It requires the use of such treatment in processing, cold storage and defrosting facilities, as well as market refrigerators and cooperative stores that deal with raw materials and finished products of animal origin, and to disinfect conveyances used in any of the above activities.
