[摘要] The aim of this Notification is to ensure that olive oil and prina oil are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It sets forth the product features of pasta and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales. The Notification further covers provisions on aromatic substances, contaminants, pesticide residues and hygiene.
