[摘要] This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation on fish quality control. The Regulation, consisting of 11 Sections and 15 Annexes, specifies terms and conditions to fulfil the sanitary technical requirements to obtain a "sanitary authorization" for fishing vessels. This Regulation applies also to semi-industrial freezer vessels and vessels storing fish covered with ice, vessels-industry and processing fishing vessels.
