Hawkers and Pedlars Act.

[摘要] This Act provides for the licensing of hawkers and pedlars and the registration of granted licences. Hawking or pedling without a licence shall be prohibited and goods may be confiscated. The prohibition shall not extend to various food items, including bread, meat and fish, and other specified goods.
