Ministerial Joint Decree No. 94072 establishing maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals and certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables respectively, in compliance with Council Directive 2000/48/EC.

[摘要] This Decree, in accordance with the provisions of Council Directive 2000/48/EC, amends Annex II, Part A to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 as regards the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin. More specifically, with article 1 to this Decree, the maximum level for azoxystrobin is added. Article 2 to this Decree replaces the MRLs listed in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95.
