Ordinance on quality classes of slaughtered beef.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements various EC directives as listed in article 1. Thereafter the Ordinance deals with the following aspects: issuing of a protocol on the part of slaughterhouses, various quality classes, marking of carcasses. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
