Ordinance amending the Ordinance on dietary foods for special medical purposes.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance on dietary foods for special medical purposes (BGBl. II No. 416/2000). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 6 establishing that foodstuff not complying with the present Ordinance may be brought into circulation until 31 December 2009; and article 7 dealing with implementation of various EU-directives into Austrian law. Furthermore, the Ordinance amends Annex 1.
