Copra Act (Cap. 44.10).

[摘要] This Act concerns the placing on the market of copra and particular products of the coconut specified by the Minister for the purposes of this Act. The Act requires the Minister to designate a cooperative society for the purchase of, trade in and export of copra of “fair merchantable grade” and all specified coconut products. The Minister may by Regulations, prescribe the standard of copra of fair merchantable grade.
