Ordinance of the Minister of Health laying down veterinary police measures against poultry contagious diseases.

[摘要] With a view to preventing the outbreak and spread of avian flu, the present Ordinance lays down particular veterinary police measures, including checks on farms and quarantine. Article 4 lays down rules aplicable to fresh poultry products, whilst article 5 applies to poultry products imported from other European Community countries and from third countries.
