Law “On certification”.
[摘要] This Law establishes legal, economic and organizational grounds for certification related to certification and accrediting of certification bodies by state certification authority. Objects of certification shall be produce and services (Art. 6). The scope of certification shall be as follows: (a) protection of natural and legal persons against produce and services not complying with certification requirements; (b) ensuring safety of produce and services; and (c) consumer protection (Art. 4).
