[摘要] This Decision applies to certain imported foodstuffs (those referred to in article 1), particularly fruits and edible nuts, as well as to processed and compound foodstuffs derived from or containing such foodstuffs. The aim is to ensure their quality and protect human health, by ensuring the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules established at European Community level.
