Ministerial Joint Decree No. 461/2003 amending Decision No. 38/2002 in compliance with Commission Directive 2002/86/EC.

[摘要] The Decree approves the Supreme Chemistry Council’s Decision by which Part II of Decision No. 38/2002, hereby replaced. Placing in the market of products complying with the provisions of Decree No. 38/2002 is allowed starting by 1 January 2003. As from 1 July 2003 placing in the market of products not complying with the aforementioned Decree, shall be prohibited. However, products labelled before 1 July 2003 may continue to be placed in the market until supplies last.
