Federal Agency Risk Assessment Act.

[摘要] The present Act establishes a Federal Institute for the assessment of risk within the Federal Ministry of Consumer Protection, Food and Agriculture. Article 2 specifies that the Agency is, inter alia, responsible, for the: 1) preparation of scientific reports, expert opinions on issues connected with food safety, consumer protection, human health, including aspects on nutrition and dietary prevention, as well as tobacco products, cosmetics, pesticides and biocides, animal feed and feed additives
