[摘要] These regulations amend the Regulations relating to the reduction of sodium in certain foodstuffs in relation to the definition for processed meats, Traditionally speciality guaranteed" products, "raw-processed meat sausages", and "ready-to-eat savoury snacks", and Table 1 on Maximum Total Sodium per 100 g foodstuff (reduction of sodium for specified food before a specified date). The amendments also concern testing for sodium content.
