[摘要] This Notification sets forth the methods and procedures of sampling and analysis of the levels of nitrates in certain foodstuffs for official controls. The Notification consists 9 articles and 2 annex clauses. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1882/2006 of 19 December 2006 Laying Down Methods of Sampling and Analysis for the Official Control of the Levels of Nitrates in Certain Foodstuffs.
