Control of Animal Remedies and their Residues Regulations, 1998.

[摘要] These Regulations implement in the State the provisions of Council Directive 96/22/EC of 29 April, 1996 concerning the prohibition in stockfarming of certain substances having hormonal or thyrostatic action and of beta agonists and Council Directive 96/23/EC of 29 April, 1996 on measures to monitor certain substances and residues thereof in live animals and animal products. The Regulations also provide for the registration of persons engaged in trade in farm animals and for measures to be taken
