Food Safety (Ice-Cream Stalls etc.) (Jersey) Order 1969.

[摘要] This Order requires a licence to be obtained from the Minister for mobile vending points for the sale of ice-cream. The Minister may refuse the granting of a licence if it appears to the Minister that the requirements of any Order in force under article 17 of the Food Safety (Jersey) Law 1966 are not complied with.
