[摘要] The Government, for the purpose of setting up efficient mechanism of control over the observance of state discipline of excise taxation and complete revenue to the Federal Budget originating from the circulation of alcohol and spirituous foodstuffs, decrees to introduce state registration of ethyl alcohol extracted from alimentary raw materials, alcohol and spirituous foodstuffs, including those imported into the territory of the Russian Federation, by-products of the processing of ethyl alcohol
