[摘要] These Regulations provide rules for markets and slaughterhouses within the limits of any village of Belize. The rules concern mainly hygienic conditions for the sale of meat to the public, the keeping of livestock and the slaughtering of animals. Only fresh meat of cattle, swine, goat or sheep that has been slaughtered at the village Slaughter House of the village in accordance with its rules and regulations shall be offered for sale at the market.
