[摘要] The present Provisional Act on the purity of beer replaces the “Reinheitsgebot” (Purity Law) of 1516 allowing constituent components prohibited in the previous one, such as wheat malt and cane sugar, but no longer allowing unmalted barley. The text consists of 25 articles.
