Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2010 (S.I. No. 494 of 2010).

[摘要] This Order amends the First Schedule to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 by including specified Irish and Community legislation in the list of food legislation (Part I) to which the Act applies and for which implementation the Authority shall be responsible insofar as that legislation relates to food safety and hygiene.
