Order No. 51 of State Patent Authority validating the Regulation on the registration of trademarks and service marks.

[摘要] This Order establishes the modalities for completing, submitting and examining applications for the registration of trademarks and service marks. Applicants shall submit the following documents to the State Patent Authority: (a) application; (b) description of requested trademark or service mark; and (c) list of products and/or services for which the trademark or service mark has been requested. The application must contain the receipt for payment of the registration fee.
