Joint Order No. 18/14 of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating he form of the act drawn up on the basis of the planned (unscheduled) inspection as a form of state supervision (control) regarding compliance by the subject economic activities of the legislative requirements in the field of consumer rights protection.

[摘要] This Joint Order validates the form of act of the State Service of Safety of Foodstuffs and Consumer Protection related to inspection of the subject of economic activities for compliance with the legislative requirements in the field of consumer rights protection. It shall be applicable to legal entities and natural persons that are individual entrepreneurs.
