Decree implementing Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 and Regulation (EC) No. 555/2008 as regards measures for distillation of by-products of wine-making.

[摘要] This Decree lays down detailed rules concerning the application of measures for distillation of by-products of wine-making. These provisions are laid down pursuant to article 16 and Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 on the common organization of the market in wine, as well as pursuant to article 21 of Regulation (EC) No. 555/2008 which implements Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008. Article 14 sets out penalties.
