Decree No. 45 of 2012 (V. 8.) VM of the Ministry of and Rural Development laying down health rules as regards animal by-products not intended for human consumption.
[摘要] This Decree, in line with EU norms, lays down public health and animal health rules applicable to animal by-products (except for those listed in Par. 2 of Art. 2. of EU Regulation), in order to prevent and minimize risks to public and animal health arising from those products, and in particular to protect the safety of the food and feed chain. Detailed provisions concern the collection, transport, traceability and disposal and use of animal by-products and carcasses.
