Turkish Food Codex Notification No. 2013/48 on Salt.
[摘要] This Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of and determine the standards for, hygienic and technically appropriate production, processing, conservation, transport, storage and marketing of salt. This Notification includes processed salt and salts of mineral sources intended for human consumption.
