Law No. 2380-Is on the protection and promotion of breastfeeding and consumption of bottle-feeding products.

[摘要] The purpose of this Law is children’s health care through provision of safe and adequate food, promotion, protection and propagation of breastfeeding as well as control of distribution of bottle-feeding products, feeding bottles, nipples and baby’s dummies. Under this Law, the state shall control the production, quality control, storage, distribution, export, import and consumption of bottle-feeding products, feeding bottle, nipples and baby’s dummies as well as disseminate related information.
