Ministerial Circular No. 13 concerning the procedure for recognizing the suitability of the premises for meat-based products processing and of other of animal origin as per Legislative Decree No. 537 of 30 December 1992, as modified by Legislative Decree No. 251 of 19 March 1996.
[摘要] The present Ministerial Circular has introduced important procedural changes for the enterprises that need to obtain a temporary authorization of suitability for production of the meat-based products and others of animal origin. Two Annexes, containing respectively a speciment of the form to be filled by the applicant and the inspection report drawn by the veterinarian and approved by the competent authority, are attached.
