Decree amending the Decree on hygiene requirements for products intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and food.

[摘要] This Decree of the Ministry of Health amends 11 points of the Decree on hygiene requirements for products intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and food. In particular, the Decree establishes requirements for the composition of products intended to come into contact with foodstuffs (art. 3 of the amended Decree) and requirements for plastics and plastic products (Annex 3).
