[摘要] These Regulations amend the Finance Management (Strategic Food Reserve Trust Fund) Regulations, 2015 (a) by deleting the words "through a competitive process"; and (b) by deleting item (i) and substituting therefor the following new item — (i) two shall be persons competent and qualified in matters of food security nominated by the Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to agriculture. Regulation 7 establishes the Strategic Food Reserve Oversight Board and provides with respect to it
