Law No. 90-Z “On consumer protection.”
[摘要] This Law shall be applicable to the relations originating between the producers and the consumers, and also between traders (sellers) and suppliers in accordance with purchase and sale contracts. Consumer shall have the following rights: (a) access to information; (b) quality and safety of commodities; (c) compensation of damages; and (d) creation of consumer associations. Labels of foodstuffs shall contain information on nutritional value, energy value (for infant, dietary and medicinal food),
